Returns & Exchanges

At Otaku, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel remains in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Otaku account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all anime-themed tags and protective plastics are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
